ffmpeg native support for wtv 

 Just noticed that ffmpeg now supports wtv natively!!

Hey!  That's BIG news!!  I'll test it out. I'm not too optimistic in the short term though as I've noticed that ffmpeg chokes on a lot of the H.264 streams from WTV recorded HDTV even when I strip out the WTV wrapper, but now the demux is there there is more hope!  I was halfway through writing the demux myself and submitting it so I'll see what it's up to .  Is it official core or unsupported patch?  Do you have a URL?  Do you know who wrote it and how I can contact him or her?

sorry do not know its just in the change logs that its now supported

 Yep, it turned out a bit flaky, even using the fork.  It'll get there...
